I want everyone to know......

I want everyone to know what a rat no good business man runs a web site called brokenarrowtoys.com

I want to tell you a story, a story of me just trying to make a simple purchase so here goes!I ordered some small bits of what I thought were original sculpts for a scale of 1/18 toys I was making from this web site, (nothing major just a hat a pair of glasses and 2 helmets) after over 2 weeks went by, I e-mailed the site wondering when I would get the items I ordered, as a matter of fact I e-mailed the site 3 times, with no reply.so I filed for my money back through paypal in which I paid and then, low and behold!he finally replied ,not to the e-mail mind you, but to the paypal dispute, in which the owner informed me that I was to wait and if I could read his store front page clearly it would take up to a month to get these items, this is the front page reference to shipping("Shipping times have been a concern up to this point, but we are taking steps to cut down on the long wait times for these one off parts and figures. As the new store ramps up and begins to support itself once again, we will be hiring a helper to cast one day a week, and pack and ship orders a second day each week (an announcement will be made on the new forum as this takes place). This will allow the wait time to be cut from 4 weeks to 7 to 14 days. Worst case scenario will be the old standard of 4 weeks.")and here is a link to read it yourself http://www.brokenarrowtoys.com/cart/even though his front page leads you to believe he has "fixed" his issues with shipping it took over a month to receive them even though his site says it would take 7-14 days on the average, he charged me almost 7 bucks to ship !then when I received the item it was in a small bubble mailer, it looked as if it were stomped on, and 3 out of the 4 pieces were broken, and the 4th piece was not the color I ordered, not to mention Thai almost all the items I ordered were not in fact any kind of original sculpts but just some re-casted stuff that either hasbro or another company had already made, in which you can buy on the shelf!! and this guy just buys up whatever and recasts it to sell for over inflated prices.I contacted him once again and he didn't respond once again.after a huge argument on a forum, g.i. joe website called hisstank.com (in which the thread had had to eventually be taken down) , he said he would try to fix the problem but only after I posted this problem publicly and he also said he would fix it or give me a refund ONLY if I "asked" him too , but after I told him in no uncertain terms I wanted nothing to do with his site he begrudgingly refunded the money and posted a neg for me on hisstank.even though we never we never made a deal on that website, it was completely through his own web site, so I figured if it was fair to do the same.......but as much as I would love for it to be the end of the story , it would not just die, he at that point posted the following link,http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-joe-buy-sell-trade/31973-broken-arrow-customers-please-read.htmlafter I read the entire rant, I wondered a few things, so I replied to his post to simply asked him the following questionsokay, let me get this straight,... you are saying that you are "too busy" to get your orders out because you have soooo many orders,..... but , you say that your gross income is "around $1550.00 per month. do you have alot of orders, or do you "not make very much money"? I would like a little clarification on this.... because at your prices it would seem you make a killing(per piece)!I also would like to know how much actual profit do you make per figure and per head you re-cast??? now, if I get you correct, you order 1.5 gallon of Crystal Clear 220 a month, how many complete figures does that actually make? ( I know my math is rough but) it seems to me that product wise you should be able to make 4200 heads or "normal size parts" out of your 1.5 gallon of materials, which if you actually use that much it only leads me to believe that you "sell" that much, so you should roughly make a minimum of $20,000.00 a month! ......COULD I PLEASE GET A RESPONSE TO THAT?so he did not reply so I sent him a pm w/ the exact same questions and he reported me for "harassing" him, and then I was banned for it... I know it may be a little extreme but I just wanted the truth from the guy, if you actually read that post you will see that he was really trying to sell everyone that he does it for the "good" of the collector and he makes very little money doing it , I just wanted answers from a man that makes money off of the poor sap that wants to buy his product, as a matter of fact I feel everyone deserve to know where their 70 bucks goes when they buy a prefabricated copy of a figure that hasbro has the copyrights to.

that crook brokenarrow

I want to tell you a story, a story of me just trying to make a simple purchase so here goes!
I ordered some small bits of what I thought were original sculpts for a scale of 1/18 toys I was making from this web site, (nothing major just a hat a pair of glasses and 2 helmets) after over 2 weeks went by, I e-mailed the site wondering when I would get the items I ordered, as a matter of fact I e-mailed the site 3 times, with no reply.
so I filed for my money back through paypal in which I paid and then, low and behold!
he finally replied ,not to the e-mail mind you, but to the paypal dispute, in which the owner informed me that I was to wait and if I could read his store front page clearly it would take up to a month to get these items, this is the front page reference to shipping
